Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Since our terrariums are handcrafted and/or made-to-order, certain customized or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently offer delivery across Bangalore, India.
- At present, bulk orders are serviced primarily within Bangalore.
- If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, our team will contact you regarding shipping feasibility and charges.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Bangalore: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Other Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values at our discretion.
Packaging & Handling
At Inner Terrascape, every terrarium is carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize transit damage. Due to the delicate and living nature of our products:
- Minor displacement of moss, stones, or decorative elements during transit may occur.
- Small adjustments after delivery are considered normal and do not qualify as damage.
Care instructions may be included with the shipment wherever applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a Damaged, or over-turned interiors, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
*Damaged includes broken glass or over-turned interiors only.
If an accident happens by chance, please contact us and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours and provide an appropriate resolution.
If the order is Declined during delivery, the buyer is not entitled to a refund. Our Terrariums are made to order, and/or sometimes might differ from the original pictures seen on the website, since each piece is handmade and customized and sometimes are perishable or fragile and hence CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless Damaged (* as stated above)
Refunds (if applicable)
If your order is applicable for a refund, we will arrange for a delivery pick up within 24-48 hours. Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will immediately notify you over email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to original source account within 5-7 working days.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Inner Terrascape shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural calamities
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details (where applicable) will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Cancellation & Address Changes
- Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are requested to ensure that shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- Address modification requests may not be accommodated once the order has been shipped.
